Hi guys as you may or may not know I am involved in organising an annual event called Damfest. It's run in Warragamba each year and has approx 8k people attend. The day consists of shows, stalls, kids rides, entertainment, swapmeet as well as a car & bike show. I would really love if we could get a few of you to attend representing our club. Trophys are given for different categories and all in all it's a great day. Ordinarily it's same weekend as Parkes but not this year! Sunday 21st October. Here's the link if you want to come. Hi all just to let you know it is a $20 per vehicle entry fee (or $10 if you're in it just for show not to win a fabulous trophy).
The form and info can be downloaded from the link I posted earlier however i'm happy to answer any other questions or help with your registration for the day. If you download and complete the form you can then email across. If your stuck i'm happy to get your form and take it in with your entry fee(direct deposit me??)
I have so far confirmed and received payment for Grant and Greg. I have confirmed that we can have all participants parked together.
Cars can enter the premises from 8am but no later than 9.45am. Cars are to be on display from 10am-4pm. Cars cannot be exited prior to 4pm due to safety regulations.
I think from memory there are about 10 different judging categories for cars but will confirm closer to the day.

For anyone who's attending Canberra show tomorrow if you want to give Grant your completed forms and money he can pass on to me and i'll get it in for you :-p
