Advertisement Drive’s longest road test has commenced – and we want you to join us on the adventure.

The first of our three two-man teams has already begun the 16,353km journey driving Holden’s brand-new VF Calais V6 on a full lap of the world’s largest island – and smallest continent.

Along the way, we’ll take in every Australian state and territory, including crossing Bass Strait on the Spirit of Tasmania ferry, and visit some of the country’s most iconic landmarks; from Canberra’s manic Parliament House to the relaxed waters of Cable Beach in Broome and from the wintery shadow cast by Hobart’s Mount Wellington to the warmth of the tropical rainforests on Atherton Ranges near Cairns.

Not only is Drive attempting its longest road test ever, but we’re also creating the world’s longest-running game of Spotto. If you see our purple Calais V V6 anywhere around the country, send a picture to our Facebook, Twitter or Google+ pages and you could win a Drive computer mouse and Holden coffee mug plus enter the draw to win $200 worth of Caltex StarCash fuel cards.

You can follow our adventure using the schedule below:

Use to like spotto, until the kids decided to play it everyday. Which of course led to arguments. It's now banned in my family
