 Post subject: Bathurst 12hr Car Show

I stumbled across this today. Im thinking of entering, plus you get to go for a lap while the track is closed. Entry is only $66 including 2 weekend tickets which is cheap considering the tickets alone are $60

Been reading a lot lately about the V8s deciding to stop their drivers entering the race because of a very important test day, just makes you want to stop following their circus even more and follow some real motorsport

Sounds good.Trying to get up there with summer nats but will see how it goes as its not long after the nats.

its a great weekend, and the old big Bangers are on this year as its on the Easter weekend..

been to all the Motor Active run 12hrs and every year it gets better..

are you going kev if so grab two camp sites side by side party time/ i like the first 150 in gets a lap

Unfortunately you can only camp in the pits for the 12hr. Should only take a few more years before they will have to open up the hill. The lap around the track sounds exciting for me.

you rich lucky bastard ( lol) there booked out for that race ! i tried to book a room for the big race the room whent on sale when they anounse the race dates, the motel opens the reservations at 9 it was all booked out by 9.15 i stayed there when the club whent on the peter/ B/ perfect day 2011 cost $129 for a balcony room, on the B H 1000 same room 629 a night F&*K me.

Well i will be over camping with the petrol heads/ smelling like Shell super/ eating salt & vinger chips sucking on tinnies when your over there sucking on crownies eating roast peaking duck.

yes your right they have a shuttle bus for the ( pessents) that runs up to the hill from camping site 90 bucks for three nights feb will be hot
