Here's a selection of pictures from the recent road trip Billygoat and I took to Yeppoon in QLD to attend the last viewing of Peter Champion's collection of Peter Brock race cars, road cars and memorobilia known as "Champions Brock Experience".

The event we attended was the final night of the collection as it currently is.

After 1,400k's over two days, we arrived in Yeppoon ready to view this magnificant collection one last time.

The following are some pictures post our arrival in Yeppoon on the Friday afternoon, some fun on the Saturday afternoon and the big event on the Saturday night.

At the request of Peter Champion, those who drove to Yeppoon for the event displayed their cars in front of Champions Brock Experience on the Saturday morning in preparation for the midday viewing.

In the afternoon, we hit the local go kart track. Whilst I don't have any pictures of us racing (too busy having fun on the track), we were able to get our cars onto the kart track post racing for a few pictures.

Then it was time for this in the evening.

Just like it came off the show room floor yesterday...totally genuine and unrestored. Just amazing.

Great pics mate. It's such a shame this whole thing is going to be broken up, as we will never get to see all these wonderful cars together in the one place at the one time. Atleast I got a chance to experience it

Cheers Dion. It was a great long(er) weekend and also a pleasure to have your company along for the trip up. Good times.

Swing by viewforum.php?f=28 and note a few words about yourself and your ride...a great looking "HDT New Gen" wagon.

Thanks for dropping by the Aussie Commodores forum mate.
