Maitland Gaol Tour & Cruise Saturday 8 November 2014 Event: Maitland Goal Tour Date: Saturday 8 November 2014 Location: Maitland (Hunter Valley) Meet point: McDonalds – Thornleigh, Phyliss Ave, off Pennant Hills Rd, near Bunnings). Meet time: 5.00pm for 5.30pm departure We will be leaving Thornleigh at 5.30pm as we need to be at Maitland by 7.30pm for the 8.00pm tour. If you are late you will be left behind and will have to catch-up. Cost for event: The below prices are as advertised however a group booking price will be advised asap. Thus please do not remit any money until further notice. Ex-Inmate/Ex-Warder/History Torchlight Guided Tours: (approx. 90 minute tour) Adults: $30.00 Concession: $25.00 What you will need to bring along! UHF RADIO Cash Full tank of fuel Appropriate Clothing Attending GKW & Miss Helen Susie and Jo Billygoat and Mrs Billlygoat Alcohol is allowed but remember .05 is the limit, P PLATE DRIVERS YOUR LIMIT IS ZERO. If you plan on having more please nominate a NON drinking driver. Alcohol and cars don't mix. Your actions with alcohol affect Aussie Commodores Club Inc, its members and other members of the community !!!! |

Just a heads up that Committee is speaking to the Maitland Gaol about this event. Awaiting confirmation of date as their web site does not provide details of tours in November as yet. Once confirmed, either way, we'll advise accordingly. |

Committee is pleased to confirm that a "Ex-Inmate" night time tour is scheduled for this night. Can we please have those who wish to attend please advise here asap / re-affirm your earlier advice in this thread. Please note that the tour is not recommended for children under 14 years of age due to some of the themes covered during the tour. Costs as per web site: Adult * $30.00 Concession * $25.00 This is an absolutely fantastic night out. Well worth the drive, so put up a post you are coming and we'll lock in the numbers and buy the tickets. |
