Contacted all Holden day administrator told him we will have 7 cars and two marquees they will set us up in a line and have the marquees at the end this is due to space and I don’t think we will have access to power but will check cheers |

Bring a long extension cord just in case I was told the power boxes are located outside of the oval but they are not sure so we may have to go with no power |

Ok folks. Gates open at the event at 8. I’m going to suggest we aim to meet up with Steve around 7.30, which means we will have to leave Pheasants Nest by 5.15 at the latest. Is everyone ok with that? |
